Group Housing Cooperative Societies Welfare Council, Chandigarh

having worked on the most ticklish issue that cropped up while the scheme of the Chandigarh Administration to provide affordable housing option to the residents of the city, I have noticed that the scheme is laden with highly discriminatory provisions that shall sooner or later make the cooperative housing a highly unwelcome proposition. I am providing updates daily on my page "Group housing Cooperative Societies welfare council/face book
The residents have been put to financial burden by the Chandigarh Administration through they pay all kind of taxes, charges, cess et all.Yet the ADministration does not plough back any benefit to the residents of the co operative house building societies. The burden of building all infrastructure in the societies was put on the members which they did by pooling resources among them selves.Interesting in the backdrop of the discriminating clauses inserted in the allotment letters issued to societies while allotting land to them.which enjoined upon the hapless members to maintain it also.
All these services roads, parks, sanitation public health, horticulture are such municipal services that the state is duty bound to provide to its residents I have brought the matter to the highest forum of the UT Chandigarh Administration. The efforts are on to seek the administration to agree to take over maintenance of the basic and estate services infrastructure within the chunks and council is gearing up to mobilise support for the just cause of the residents of the group housing cooperative societies situated in sector 48, 49, 50 and 51 Chandigarh.
I shall appreciate your visiting my page as described above or on google + to extend your support.  .
